1. We still have hand sanitiser stations but these are optional to use.

2. All apartments are cleaned with the upmost enhanced cleaning regime.

3. Arrival time is from 3.00PM-9.00pm and departure time by 10.00AM must be adhered to. 

4. The booker is responsible for their room. On departure, if damage or extra cleaning is required there will be an additional charge added to rectify this.

5. Smoking of any kind in the rooms will incur a charge of £100. 

6. Each room has a maximum number of guests allowed to stay. If you arrive or exceed this during your stay you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

7. We do not allow guests to use put me up beds of any sort.

 

We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or apartment during your stay here at Highfields Holidays B&B, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, cleaning fee etc. Smoking in rooms: £100 charge.
